Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Yes, except in the case of products which are handcrafted in which there may be slight differences in the final product.
How to recover my forgotten password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the “Forgot Password” section. You will receive an email with your updated password.
What payment methods does Fatima Khan accept?
We offer the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer for local customers. Western Union, Net Banking & 2Checkout for International customers.

Your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party.
What if the product I want is Out of Stock?
If a product runs out, it will either not be visible on the website or it will be marked as “Out of Stock”. An order may only be placed once the product shows as “Available” on the website.
